Montessori School of Casper opened its doors to a new AMI-USA certified Toddler Community in 2019. This valuable addition to our school allows us to provide authentic Montessori education to children as young as 15 months old. The Toddler Community is a carefully prepared environment which provides the children with opportunities to develop independence while engaging in developmentally appropriate activities. Prepared areas in the classroom are designed to support:
Language Development
Sensory-Motor Development
Food Preparation and Community Meals
Care of Self and Environment
Toilet Training
In addition, the Toddler Community allows a unique and safe environment in which the child can build relationships with other children in the class to foster emerging social skills.
The students in the Toddler Community attend class from Monday-Friday from 8:00am-11:45am. Before and after school care are also available for an additional fee.
